My name is Sam I am a photographer who specializes in marine and natural history photography, but with an interest and passion across the spectrum. I enjoy themes that can be beautiful and impactful when possible, such as in my most recent project joining the beauty of seascapes and the harsh reality of microplastic pollution. 

I have had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember, it started with my dad’s old d2xs on days out to me finally getting my own to explore the world through a lens myself. I find images have a power to speak to a deeper part of us that isn't shrouded behind reason or prejudice but raw and real and it is a photographer’s duty and purpose to make dialogue with that inner voice to really incite emotive reaction to art.
